In der Werkstatt von JSWAY CNC COMPANY durchlaufen die für die Auslieferung vorgesehenen Langdrehmaschinen strenge Vorversandprüfungen. Jede Maschine muss drei Prüfstufen bestehen – Selbstprüfung, Querprüfung und Spezialprüfung – gefolgt von einer Online-Laserinspektion und einem Einlauftest, bevor sie auf Lkw für den Kunden verladen wird. Das Laserinterferometer scannt die Führungsbahnen, der Renishaw-Kugelstab prüft die Rundheit, und die Koordinatenmessmaschine (KMM) erfasst jede Referenzfläche. Erst wenn alle Daten grünes Licht geben, wird die Maschine für den Versand freigegeben.
